Company officials announced today that Maxim Watermakers has earned ISO 9001:2015 Certification through TUV Rheinland. The ISO 9001:2015 standard combines the principles of organizational context, leadership commitment, risk-based analysis and continual improvement to create the foundation for internal and external customer satisfaction.
Brian Hebert, President of Maxim Watermakers, said "The guiding principles for Maxim have always been customer focused, striving to meet and exceed expectations. The concepts presented in ISO 9001:2015 were already present in our day-to-day operations as well as our strategic planning for Maxim's future. Becoming ISO certified was a natural next step and further highlights our commitment to quality, continual improvement and our customers." Maxim Watermakers completed the ISO 9001:2015 implementation in-house without the use of external consultants. The Stage 1 and Stage 2 audits were performed successfully over the course of two months.
