Shreveport, LA - Company officials announced today that Maxim Watermakers has been awarded a contract for the supply of the Seawater Reverse Osmosis Systems and the High Purity Reverse Osmosis Unit and a separate contract for the supply of the Electronic Cooling Water Demineralizer Assemblies for the Constellation-Class Frigates.

Maxim designs and manufactures fresh water generators, including distilling plants, seawater reverse osmosis systems, and high purity reverse osmosis units. Other water treatment & water handling equipment includes water disinfection, filtration, systems to cool, purify and circulate water for electronics cooling, heat exchangers, custom piping assemblies, etc. Maxim Watermakers is able to custom engineer water treatment systems to meet the size and other technical requirements based on a client's specific needs.
Company officials announced today that Maxim Watermakers has earned ISO 9001:2015 Certification through TUV Rheinland. The ISO 9001:2015 standard combines the principles of organizational context, leadership commitment, risk-based analysis and continual improvement to create the foundation for internal and external customer satisfaction.

Maxim Watermakers completed the ISO 9001:2015 implementation in-house without the use of external consultants. The Stage 1 and Stage 2 audits were performed successfully over the course of two months.

Company officials announced today that Maxim Watermakers manufacturing portfolio now includes resilient mount snubbers for U.S. Navy applications. Snubbers are used in conjunction with resilient mounts for the installation of equipment where shock qualification of the mounted equipment is required.
