Maxim provides support to customers around the world through our headquarters in Louisiana and our distributor network. We provide global equipment support via phone and internet on a 24/7 basis and are able to reach a solution in 95%+ of the service calls received. In the event an in-person service call is needed, we have factory-trained technicians who can travel anywhere in the world.
