Maxim has an established and proven Project Execution methodology designed to ensure that the Maxim Watermakers organization maintains project discipline during execution and that the proper sequencing of the work plan is adhered to. The methodology incorporates 12 phases, from contract review (Phase 1) through to ongoing service and support (Phase 12). The 12-phase process is designed to encourage communication between Maxim and the client at each step in the project lifecycle. Maxim’s senior project team utilizes the combined experience on similar projects by its members to highlight potential opportunities such as cost savings and technology enhancements/improvements. Each project is also evaluated for possible risks and where in the project lifecycle these risks are likely to occur.
This approach has been highly successful and is well proven for Maxim during performance on large, complex projects and provides the means to properly allocate resources, maintain the schedule, and minimize errors.
